Setup

Does the bands equipment need to be set up sooner then 3 hours before show time?

Not a problem, We can come early.

On average the band will arrive 3 hours before show time to setup and sound check. Sometimes that can throw a wrench in the schedule so please tell us how many hours early you would like us to be setup. For example, if the band's performance starts at 6pm and the band is setting up in the same room as the cocktail hour that starts at 4pm,The last thing you will want your guests hearing is "testing, testing, 123" so having us show up 2 hours early would be the fix. Just round up to be on the safe side.
